Sports Medicine Staff

Hi my name is Cheri' Wahl and I am so excited to join the Bixby team! I graduated from Beggs High School right down the road. While I was there, I played tennis and was a Athletic Training Student for Football, Basketball, and Baseball. This is where I found my passion for Sports Medicine.

Upon graduation, I attended the University of Tulsa where I obtained my Bachelors in Athletic Training. While I was there I worked with many sports including Football, Women's Soccer, and Track & Field. I graduated in 2007 and took one year off school to work for a Physical Therapy Clinic.

In 2008 I started working on my Masters at Oral Roberts University. While I was there, I worked with Baseball and Women's Soccer for two years and added all spring sports and Men's Soccer my last year. I obtained my Masters in Business Administration in 2011.

After leaving Oral Roberts University, I took a position at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma as an Assistant Athletic Trainer/ Instructor. While I was there, I worked with football and Women's Basketball and tought Kinesiology and First-Aid.

In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis and fishing the most. I absolutely love to sing and I enjoy jogging (when it isn't so cold)
